1.0 Delivery 
1.1 PERFECTMART operates multiple warehouses around the globe. Occasionally we may ship orders to US customers from warehouses outside of the USA. 

1.2 All items are subject to stock availability. If our supplier out of stock, we have the right to cancel the order with notice on the email.

1.3 Sales tax is also charged on all shipping charges for orders delivered in California.  

2.0 Returns and Warranty Information
2.1 PERFECTMART must test all returned products before we can issue a refund or exchange any products. This is necessary so we are able to file claims on defective or damaged goods with the manufacturer or the shipping company. 

2.2 If your goods arrive defective or in a damaged state, email cs@perfectmart.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the situation. You will be emailed the steps for completing the exchange. Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. You have 3 days to report defective goods. After 3 days, you MUST contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty, please do not contact PERFECTMART. 

2.3 Certain import smartphones, tablets, and other devices may only be covered under warranty in the country of origin. In the event of a warranty claim, PERFECTMART will facilitate the warranty procedure for the customer for 1 month from the date of sale. 

Although PERFECTMART offers a 15 day return policy for most products, we are restricted from returning certain items such as the Drone and Smartphones. These items will be supported via the manufacturer from the date of the sale. PERFECTMART will not accept returns on these items, except in the event of a damaged shipment claim. Customer must contact manufacturer directly for any warranty, technical, return, and repair issues for the Drone and Smartphones.

2.4 Special order items are NOT eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. 

3.0 Privacy
3.1 What information do we collect? We collect certain personal information that you give us while visiting our website. You give us information when you communicate with us by email or when you provide any information about yourself on any form on our website, such as by filling out an inquiry or questionnaire, or by starting a shopping cart. As a result of these actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, phone number, address, email address, credit card information, financial information, and any other personal information that you choose to share with us.

We also automatically collect certain non-personal information when you visit and interact with this website. For example, we may collect and store your IP address, reference site domain name, and demographic information. We also may collect information regarding your traffic patterns and usage while on our website. 

3.2 We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.

3.3 All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998


4.0 Security
4.1 On order processing pages we use a 1024bit certificate. 

4.2 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.



5.0 Pricing
5.1 While we take every measure to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

5.2 If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.

5.3 Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

6.0 General
6.1 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
